5 Tips for Increasing Your Home’s Appeal Without Spending a Fortune

Tip #1: Eliminate Obvious Flaws

Whether you want to completely refit a bathroom, or if you’re just looking for ways to make your home a little more serene, there are some great ways to update.  Small touches, like indoor water walls, can completely transform a space.  Use natural elements like stone, lush greenery, and flowing water to create a relaxing hideaway.  Whether you do this in a seating area, a bathroom, or a bedroom, it is sure to be appreciated.

Tip #4: Add Comfort by Creating Additional Seating Areas

Creating seating areas inside and outside your home adds instant appeal.  Add groups of potted annual and perennial flowers to outside terraces and patios for an attractive upscale look, and inside your home, make seating areas welcoming with the addition of tables, ottomans, pillows, and cozy throws.
